Pyela Mwale

With over 30 years of experience as a qualified nurse and midwife, Pyela Mwale has spent the last 20 years in the UK healthcare sector. She has held various roles, including Staff Nurse, Deputy Manager, Regional Manager, and General Manager.

Pyela is known for maintaining high occupancy rates, fostering strong team collaboration, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for both residents and staff. Currently, she oversees the day-to-day operations of Fairview Care Home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
